So last weekend we took a few cars to gunnedah drags, it was the moment of truth for this thing!

We initially had issues with logging, worked great on the dyno with my laptop, but when we plugged it into a phone with OTG cable it was dropping out with the engine running, day before we left for gunnedah, i soldered a bluetooth adaptor into the board, thankfully it fixed all the issues! I really needed logs to be able to do anything with this car!

so started out on gate pressure because i wasnt able to test it on the dyno (wire broke on the boost solenoid) and once i got a few logs to confirm fueling was good and everything working as it should, we started to feed in some boost control duty cycle!

got it to where it was maxing the 80lb injectors and spinning the tyres into second gear! best of 8.2's over the weekend which was pretty good for the amount of traction and boost.

next step will be smoothing the boost curve and then adding some more out the back along with bigger injectors!

Good work! Nice idea about switching to BT as well. Interesting fault that. I wonder what the root cause was.

yeah i feel like it was an RF type of issue, but not sure, tried a few different cables, could have also been the OTG adaptor i got off ebay too ....

either way BT worked flawlessly and no cables.

he also setup the phone with a quad lock on the dash, just pull into the burnout box, tap record button, do the ran, tap record again then beside it was a share option so he could then email it to my laptop and yeah was easy!
