Why do you want to change the vin. In my experience that's not necessary, the car won't start if you change the vin. You can do it with a subscription on acdelcotds.com but make sure you reset it with the donor vin first (2 subscriptions)

Because it was a used PCM, and I wanted to flash it with new code. I wound up using efi live.
