and I would be grateful if you can direct some instruction on how to use the MAF xl spread sheet

What are the MAF tablet for?

as above, use the injector tables. The maf tables are for when changing maf's especially if they have a different response curve. Not to say you can't tune with the maf tables but it makes it more complex and the range of tuning isn't much compared to the 2x multiplier range of the injector tables.

I am having trouble setting up Pin 5 and afr target vs wideband
The info pdf is different to the current adx
I have LC-1 Do i put the formula in the "Equation" line on pin 5 input?
and Do i do anything with the Arrangements line
Also
Do i use wideband vs commanded AFR Multi because i cant see AFR target vs Wideband afr?

I have worked it out now
Is it the injector constant Vs mg/cyl Vs rpm table i change

Still having trouble
vx s/c hard to get to log data works sometimes
once started it works of any ideas?
using ver 1.2 adx to make sense of data
