What's left to do to get that going? You happy with the ABS sensor pick up and VL400's module?

is that one of the $30 aeromotive ones that come with all the fittings and braided lines

i'm waiting on some bits to make up the custom leads and need to mount all the coils and wiring etc, that's about it really, the abs sensor on the crank with 36 - 1 and VL400's module is working flawlessly since the updated VR interface board!

delcowizzid, its not $30 lol but yeah did come with fittings, no braided line though, I had to buy speedflow stuff, most of them were the wrong size for what I wanted to do anyway as I have 3/8 lines going to the fuel rail now and 3/8 return to the regulator then 5/16 back to the tank from there.

I used the pressure gauge I had as mine only goes to 100psi, the one in the kit was 160psi and I ain't going to need it, so I figured get more accurate readings in the range I use this way!

as far as racing goes theres not really much on till mid june as far as sunday meetings go, that will give me plenty of time to get things done and also hopefully get it on the dyno - see if theres a Gunnedah airport meeting maybe :)

Make sure you keep us updated I'm watching this thread. I keep reading over your thread. The first go at it with the dissy and changed module looks very easy, I'm going go start with that. Would much need changing on the spark and fuel maps from the V6 tune to run standard 202? Considering this is my first time tuning should I be able to handle it?

New rail and reg is looking good  Should get you some headroom now on injector duty cycle.
Holden202T wrote:I've got it all running and got the pressure at idle at 35psi which is 5 more than stock, so will start there and see how it go.
As vacuum changes the fuel pressure, it might be easier to set the base pressure with the engine off and just the pump running and circulating fuel.

Dylan, you would probably be better off using the $12P 202 tune that's in the $12P custom tunes section, it will be much more suited to any 202 than the v6 tune as that's what it started out with.

if you can handle everything that's in the basic tuning guide you should be right!

VL400, that's exactly how I did it ;)

Thanks mate, ive just been looking over that tune, just wondering why you went for the BLCD over the APNX, no reason just curious.

at the time of beginning with the 202 on $12P there wasn't an APNX
