the wideband vs commanded is setup to use pin B10, if you put the formula in for your wideband into pin b10 and have your wideband's 0-5v hooked upto ping b10 the adx will function and history table will work.

Yes use the injector multiplier table to add or subtract fueling.

VX/VY will be harder to connect to as they have multiple devices talking on the data bus, nothing we can do about this.

Will this work with a factory 220i stroker with minor adjustments or should I use a factory CFZD (auto) or CFZF (manual) calibration and the $A6 xdf from this thread? I'd really prefer the best option not necessarily the one with the least amount of work to get working.

Nothing to turn on just needs to be configured properly so if extra bung fitted then just set it up as whatever pin you used to pcm in the adx (either A5 or B10) & will be ready to go.

Otherwise fit it in passenger side place of narrowband & set the bin to single o2 sensors (flag area) & then same setup for pin of pcm & setting in adx.

But I think for all your questions with tuning you should read the guides & start your own thread as this is mainly for just enhanced thread!

that enhanced is based off CJDN, if you need to use a nvram there is a CFZF on the realtime page.
