that's a classic holden202,boy did i get close to that hammer a few times ,i should have started this alot sooner but the fact that andra kept carburetors in so many catogories has kept me biusy ,on he street the blow through stuff is big too but anything over 1000 horspower and the fuel curve has to be compramised and regularily manipulated to suite changing weather conditions so my choices were simple ,build the engine ,fabricate the pipe work etc and give it to a tune house to tune or learn to do it myself,now i know there are a lot of guys out there who know how to do their stuff but i havn't met them yet so solution, learn this stuff myself,opening the program was simple i know but it is a start ,so now study time and them we practice a bit,cheers all once again thanks heaps,

You will find your carby knowledge will help you understand how to tune fuel with an efi setup.
I fucked around with carbys for many years as well , instead of an hour to change a jet size now its 10 sec to change a VE value.

to be honest i can't wait to start,the time to tune a carb is only one part of the story , what about the time it takes to build a good one ,from profilling venturies on a cnc to machining metering blocks and the list goes on and on,and then just when you have the tune perfect the weather changes and you start all over again ,yes efi sounds better buy the day,cheers

ok so i have another question,the thread that i am looking at is about the larger throttle body instalation and the probs,on the thread he shows three diferent history files,one is to work the other is work to home,now how do i view the second file so that i can look at his other settings,also my tunner pro 5 is on my desktop can i load it onto my lap top via usb or do i need another liscence,cheers

The short answer is that you can't (unless of course you type them in yourself
).
The1 didn't post his modified bin (if you ask he may do though..), but the images he has posted are showing you what he changed in his bin (other than the TPS gain) to achieve the different results, demonstrated in the log files.
I'm not 100% sure on the tunerpro licensing one, I'm sure it would be ok to use your one license key on both of your PCs.
The registration is basically a donation to support Mark in the development of the software.
From the TunerPro website:
TunerPro RT is "free shareware" and is missing no features. It is free in the sense that you are not required to register it, and it will not expire. However, registering does 3 things:
It tells me, the author, that I'm doing good and useful work and encourages me to continue developing it.
It removes the registration dialog box at program startup.
It offsets, at least a bit, the (literally!) thousands of hours I've spent writing the 55,000+ current lines of code that make up TunerPro (as of 4.13, and not including code comments or code re-writes, etc) and emails I've sent and answered over the years to help the community.
I put every penny donated into recuperating the development costs (caffeine, books and my develoment equipment), to keeping my car (and test mule for the software) running, and back into TunerPro itself. I appreciate your support!

i did it i actually did it,LOL,opened the diferent logs all by myself, cool,in the download there were two files i just needed to seperate them and put them in the right place,at least thats what i think i did, i will go back now and retrace my steps and keep studying all the data,cheers
thanks charlay86 i am about to try and load it onto my lap top and try it,at the end of the day if i have to make another donation so be it ,the block probably deserves all the support we can give him,cheers

it's just the tps gain setting, i have adaptive shifts turned off on mine so that Force Motor table is what works for my trans to give me the shifts i want 0.5 shift time and around 400rpm slip, mine has 260k on it, so everyone else's auto maybe different. But for just adjusting for a bigger TB just adjust the gain %

ok i have scrolled through every colum in that program before comeing back here to ask,i can not find adaptive shift on/off or tb gain % or force motor shft settings,where are you doing this ? in what part of of the program are you doing this.i have looked and looked but no banana
