Quick update. $12P tune fixed the misfire at idle. Now that I've also got the idle mixture right (put an adjustable clamp around the hose upstream of the IAC to richen it up a whisker) when the motor is fully warmed up you can stop and if I take my hands off the wheel and block my ears most of the time it is so smooth I can't tell if it is running. Yay!
