well today i got extremely keen and put a spare stock 202 into the gemini so i could use it to test the 36 - 1 trigger with the VL400 ignition module!

as you can see, just like factory :)

so got it all working on the dizzy setup to make sure i had a working setup before i started throwing unknowns into the mix, also had to make a suitable methanol tune for a stock 202 so did all that and when i was happy i connected this up.

so then changed the reference angle in the tune to 60 degrees and BANG! fired up straight away and purred like a cranky lion without an exhaust hahaha :punk:

so very happy with that.

need to do some things like put a muffler on it then i'll work on making sure the reference angle is actually what i'm commanding and any other stuff VL400 wants me to test for his ignition module.

this firmware apparently has been tested on the bench and thats it, so its looking good so far!!

thanks again to VL400 for all his work and his great products! all thats left to do now is get another 5 coils connected and then i can remove the dizzy all together!!

Easy to spot those without kids :D
Make the most of it while you can, as they're definitely a life changing addition. Not that I'd change it.
