You need to give us more information to try and figure out whats missing. What ADX are you using? What com port is your ALDL interface on?
But going back a step, does the fuel pump prime yet? You might have a power wiring or relay problem and are not powering up everything on the efi loom properly.

Sorry Antus the fuel pump runs and the car starts and runs ruff the adx is 12p pv 112 and using comport 3 car won't idle and the exhaust smells like it's way too rich.

Every chance the tune is out to far.12P is a bin from a 165kw 5 litre.

Yep just need to get communication so that we can do something about that Delcowizid did atune for a Camaro with tpi

Stock 12p v8 Tune won't run well with the huge reference angle.my landcruiser Tune was for 24lb bluetops do will need injector size changed in the Tune to pull it into line if using smaller ones.

The Injectors have been changed and are 24lb Denso which may explain it running rich in that tune just got to find a way to get coms working. I appreciate everybody input

The com port is not being recognized because you don't have the proper USB driver loaded.

In the programming constants tables change the flowrate to 24 lbs.

Denso are usually low impedance injectors. Do you know that these are high impedance? Or is it TPI (where low is ok)?
If its TPI how have you got the cylinder jumpers set?
If its com3 and your sure of this the drivers are ok. Drivers normally automatically install and you dont need to manually install VCP drivers.
Do you have a check engine light connected? If you ground the diag request pin does it flash codes? This will validate if its running and if its not then no point trying to get tunerpro to talk to it yet.

The ses light is working and flashing codes is flashing 1-2 code that is system ok . The original injectors would not work and these Denso ones were suggested as replacements for the TPI not sure what cylinder jumpers are. Can't find comport in the device manager on either my laptop or tablet the laptop will only use adobe acrobat reader and can't read the oseplugin so l am using my tablet which has windows 10
When l connect it and click the cable icon it flashes initializing hardware but reverts to hardware not found the yellow square da not connected turns orange and says da connecting but doesn't go any further

If l click on tools preferences data/acq /emulation and test for valid interface it says cable found and working
