I use newGMparts.com. Pretty sure they all source from the same place. Will give it a shot. I like those plastic guides a lot better than the cumbersome spring plate and wishbones, the fingers on the spring plate can break off from fatigue, not so keen on that lol, plus they look shit like an after thought.

these I bought for a VR motor but never used them. they were sourced from holden but that was about 7-8 years ago!

no idea, crow are useless for listing info.
not quite, I have a sheet i'll see if I can find it, shows all the spring part numbers and installed heights and bind heights and pressures!

found em in paper form and scanned :)

I thought I had the 4823, but just looked at the box and I went with the 4327's in the end because the 4823's wern't going to work properly for my lift, most installed heights were about 1.520-1.540 and we just shimmed the springs to get them all even. and I my lift was .507in / .533ex

Interesting, I got a part for my aircon from a US site similar to the above.

I buy mine from a similar one but when listed as NLA, its NLA.

This site states that they will try hunt down NLA parts for you.

removed the old crank from the block today, looks like No1 main is out of alignment has copper worn though on passenger side of both shells, all other main bearing have worn more or less even with no copper showing.

will need a tunnel hone me thinks

Also looks like the old crank has run out on the No1 main as well, that would cause the wear pattern but would exacerbate the wear in general.

The old crank is more sad than I though when i got all the caps off today. all have fine scores and bearings have small bits embedded in them.

But I have a good one and all should come up great once the machine work gets done.

was such a nice day I preped my tank that I got blasted and got one side painted in rust bullet.

Also had a look at the bearing and oil galleries. Interesting is the galleries are different sizes as well as the oil holes int he shells.

I suspect the outer # 1 and # 4 are larger due to more end to end load from the natural unbalance of the V6, needing more oil supply to protect the bearings, but not 100% sure if thats why?

galleries go from 1-4. 11mm, 7mm, 7mm, 8mm
