No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
its only to get the tyres turning, once you do that its over the stall speed anyways from the sounds of it

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
found some motovation/bordom LOL and got out and made my first merge collector.made one out of toilet rolls first then used the toilet roll version as a template for the 2 angle cuts on the end of each pipe.turned out pretty good for a half hour slap together

very neat job. I made one of them up out of toilet rolls after researching merge collectors too

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
Why is it so much of an angle out ?? I would have thought you'd want them closer together ?

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
its so when i chop the 3 pipes down tomorrow and fit bends to make them all parralell again i.e. 3 pipes side by side theres still enough room to get the tip of the mig in there and weld them and not have the merge a foot long

Re: DELCOS NEW RIDE
Ahh yeah fair enough, I normally tack the merge together then make those bits you speak of then can easily break the tacks to get them all welded up for that very reason
