Re: Stroll Around Melbourne - some pics
that's a great shot what setup and settings did you use for that?
i find circ polarizer helps sometimes so you can get it darker again for longer exposure during full sunlight and also have it like F11 - F20 but depends how silky you want it.
Here's an extreme one i took at Mosman gorge F10 - 30 Seconds

Re: Stroll Around Melbourne - some pics
The1, its my d5600 with 18-55mm kit lens. Yes, CPL in place. 1.3 second exposure, stopped right up IIRC to F16 just so i could get the longer exposure to soften the water.
Am looking at Nisi, Fomatt-Hitech or Cokin for ND filters so I can do 30 second exposures during daylight etc
PS: theres more of these coming too guys, sit tight They take a while to post process.

The1's pic of the ant is magic. So much detail and clarity. It looks like they have multiple eyeballs like a fly.

more loving
and, just before it went down behind the mountains, i snapped this, quickly too, had about 20 seconds and then it disappeared.
sunrise is very similar. the sun when it rises comes up in about 30 seconds. thats all you've got to make or break a good shot. starting to sound like vin diesel. for that 10 seconds or less, i'm free.
