The missus flew up to Auckland the other day to pick up our new ute. An '03 TF Holden Rodeo d/c 3200dohc on duel fuel. Runs ok on petrol but farts around and hunts on lpg (might help if i fill it :) ). I went hunting to see how the management works and found a piggy back unit spliced into the isuzu ecm - a delco  12203599 DHNB, I haven't had a look inside but the box is the same as an 808. The piggy back is a PARNELL PCM2000 and looks to have its own diagnosticc plug coming off it. Any of you guys worked with these things? I'd rather not have to buy an expensive bit of gear to work with this. Would i be better off using dual bins in the Delco to run it? I've got an ALDL cable delcowizzid made me for 160baud but i 'spose i need a different one for this? Should be able to convince the minister of war and finances we need a chip reader/burner now

I found a discussion about one of those LPG systems here:

http://www.fordmods.com/ford-lpg-hydrog ... 96292.html

The guy says "turned what I thought was the idle screw on the converter in about a turn and now it sits ever so smooth on LPG at 800rpm." Could be as simple as that?

it depends on the lpg system, if its one of the ones with a mixer and a fitting in the inlet pipe to inject the gas then yeah its pretty much what antus says, but if its a gas injection system its alot like EFI and alot harder to change.
