I have a VY V6, with 1.95 rockers and genie extractors.
Ive got a good knowledge of embedded computer systems, but know nothing about tuning/engine maps etc...

Would i get much from dyno tuning, is there anyone north of perth that does this?

There is a little to be had, lots to play with in the trans too. Not too many Perth tuners though, there are some mail order tuners around but most are using the free tools you can get here to do it all yourself...
