What is your 'boost ugrade'? Is the ECU running aftermarket software? If so, which one?

youll prob be feeling surges at wot where its pulling knock retard with that boost and rockers on a stock tune.

youve got a few options:
buy https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=622 to scan and log with.

then for burning memcals you will need a eprom burner, willem gq-4x or similar.
to do realtime tuning on the fly, you can either buy a moates ostrich OR https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=166

well....... I would get a burner no matter what. if your nvram goes corrupt for any reason, you cant fix it unless you have a burner to reburn the base program. dual power willems are cheaper than the gx-4x, but you need a parallel port and an o/s no later than xp.

In the getting started guide under tuning there is a bit about XDFs and bins. Download the memcal ID tool as it has all the bins and XDFs. On your PCM there is a sticker with what memcal/bin you have, just match it up with whats in the ID tool.
