Im not positive but don't you just use the old VT 1($A5K) as they have that pcm in them, but not sure how the bcm communicates with it?

yes thanks for that didn't think to check the codes, it should work, ill let you know if it doesn't

Re Yodas advice the VT 396 PCM XDF/ADX should work. They all use the VT 396 PCM. Haven't tried this for myself even though I own a VY L67 though lol.
Will be getting a USB interface in the next week or so and will feed back then
