SRS Tell Tale

Does anyone know if the VY SRS system records the last 10 seconds or so of vehicle data prior to the SRS system doing its thing? If so any ideas on how to get the data out out or what tool is used??

There Bosch systems I think? I know older models are, ill try and find a website link I have for you

I believe it can be done with Tech2, but not sure of what data is available.
