Hi to anyone dealing with Dr Bob.

If your waiting for him to return goods sent to him - beware - he may not send them back.

Over the past 7 months I have been chasing him for 6 trip computers and 1 VX L3 cluster with only 110,00kms on it + a bunch of cash. All up around $700.00. Until this box failed to return he had been very reliable with cluster programming and memcals for several years - than like a brick sunk to the vbottom of the ocean. He reads my emails and PM's but fails to reply.

One other forum member has the Dept of Fair Trading after him.

I dont know how the Admin team veiw this thread - but I would just like to warn others that they may lose their item and cash.

To date it's about 10 forum menbers (other forums involved) that have lost money or items to Dr Bob.

We are not sure whats going on. Dr Bob has been an active community member and provided good info when he was able in the past. But we can not get hold of him either. I hope there is a valid reason and he is able to come back and sort things out with his customers soon....

Possibly got sick? someone could be checking mail.
He's been around the tuning scene for years helped everyone with a reasonable request...

Greenfoam has vanished from the forum also.

Several months ago Rob said he had been sick - but this story has been around for a while now so I dont belive him anymore. I lad in WA got his tune back from Rob in December so Rob is still sellectively sending stuff back to customers.

I'd been dealling with Rob for many years and never had an issue - but others had been from time to time complaining about expensive clusters going "missing"

Sad that he has put me on his "black" list and one not to be replied too.
