Hi,

I have made my own Injector tester / Flow bench but it's time for a upgrade to the control circuitry. Currently I can control Frequency and Duty cycle, but would like to set up a more automated system. I recently purchased a Arduino with a LCD board to have a play with and thought I would use it to replace my existing control circuitry.

The question I have is what sort of tests will a commercial unit carry out? What is the normal testing regime for injector flow testing?

This is a bit of a long term project, but when I do get it to work ill be happy to share!!

mainly the same things you can do already only thing is it you set the duty cycle and the frequency to the manufacturers specs and that the system has an adjustable timer on it to allow accurate running time also as per the manufacturers specs
