ok running power direct from the injector positive has given me spark and injector pulse back, i did notice that my loom vn1 has 2 plugs in the cabin on is the adl comms point im wondering if the other is the power supply to the dfi unit .

but regardless i seem to be happy now, just need my sump from crs and ill be able to test fire it

yeah i think from memory there is a pink one on that cabin plug which you need to feed ignition power to, it will turn the computer on when you turn the ignition on.

so do you have any pics of this project ?

Yeah Holden202 the ingnition feed goes the 2 spot in the cabin loom just near the adl plug, ill have to find the pics, it nothing special , fitter a torana lh front end , shortend bw diff, apart from that most of the car is the same as before. spent a lot of time suffing around with the wiring as i decided to un the cabin loom as well ill post some pic when i find what folder there hiding in .. :-)

LH torana front end is no small job from what i've seen!

haha i recon it was easy compared to the wiring ..

was it done the same as ekv84us on fbekholden forums did it ?

looks like your right in the thick of it :D

i like the recessed fuse panel etc, take up a bit less in the engine bay!

Hi guys after several years of run the vn v6 series1 engine I decided to replace it with a vp series 2 motor abd engine lloom :-( 2 of the plugs are slightly different one going to vn fuse box the other was the tranny loom plug - I changed plugs with old series 1 as wiring seemed mostly the same but no joy atm no power to ecu any ideas or experienced input would be appreciation
