After a long time the L67 engine is finally built and in. Not without hassle cause of my own mistakes lol live and learn :hmm:

Build ended up being.

Stock Bottom end
Mains oil holes drilled to largest factory size
Rear main plate oil passage enlarged a little
Bottom end balanced
Removed Balance shaft and plugged oil hole
New Pistons Federal Mogul H871CPA
Total Seal Rings CR6684 gap 0.023/24
All new bearings Clevite
SS Stock valves reseated
All ARP bolts
double row timing chain
Clive Cams Camshaft 112LSA 201 Duration @ 0.050 0.507 Lift with 1.95 Yella Terra Rockers
Everything ported as per previous
10psi stock looking pulley on blower

I have another blower that ill mess with later, fit up a modular pulley to it. I have a stack of photos here but prob nothing that hasn't been seen before.

Now to have fun tuning it!

Anyone come up replacement ideas for the factory push on fuel lines to the firewall from the fuel rail?

Ive gone through 2 hoses there all degraded and leak cause the rubber is failing, The supply line on the rail end on these L67's are larger, i found the VE Rail hose connector is the same size and isn't a compression fitting so i cut one off and made my own with double hose clamps and normal 10mm fuel hose. Holden dont stock or sell the fuel hoses new anymore, part number is 92078959. Only other thing im guessing i can do is replace the whole rail with aftermarket.

What are the chances someone like Enzed or Pirtek could make one up.
Would have thought the actual connectors would be fairly standard.

I thought EFI hardware have the quick connects, just need the hose then.
