hello fellow delco hackers
i hope one of thre tec heads might be able to help me out

i have a few mosfets here
IRF540N N-CH POWER fet data sheet here
IRF9540N P-CH POWER fet data sheet here

now my problem how the hell can i tell what pin is what i think i worked it out
with my multi but dont want to cook 30 bucks worth of fets

any input will be great

TO-220 MOSFETs have a standard pinout: 1-gate, 2-drain, 3-source.

feel kind of stupid for having to ask now

better to ask and be sure than to fry your mosfets!
