also just looking at your log, whats the go with the desired idle rpm, it keeps going to 0 and back up every now and then!

not sure if that behaviour is something corrupt or not but i've looked at other $12P logs of my cars and the desired idle never drops like that it only changes rpm readings depending on cold engine and stuff like that.

Thanks Holden202, I'll check it against the old balancer, and also take #1 plug out for TDC at 0 degrees.

Anyone got thoughts on injector duty cycle being 2-3%?

I agree with Holden202, something weird going on with the desired idle, rpm goes down to zero and back even when the engine is running & you are driving.
The injector duty cycle looks fine to me, goes up to about 47% at 5:30, it generally seems to follow the trend of engine rpm & tps / map

also on further investigation of the logs, it appears everytime you give it a boot full its going LEAN as ...

i suggest one of the following:

1. tune is screwed
2. o2 sensor is screwed
3. fuel pump is not supplying enough fuel.

can you upload your current bin file please ?

totally agree .., & appreciating your feedback

I have a wideband with LC-1, I'll install it.
Holden202 wrote: 3. fuel pump is not supplying enough fuel.
I'll up the pressure on the regulator.

I'll go and check the balancer, & TDC now. Might get to install the wideband too.

ok well your tune doesn't look to have any issues with it but from what you've said previously about your injectors then the injector rate might be wrong, you've changed it to .120, i would have left it at the stock .147 that the BLCF has ..... this may be playing a part in it being so lean at WOT. you've also said fuel pressure was 43psi, i'd leave that as it is, should be fine.

i'd try changing the injector rate back to .147 and adjust the idle ve's to get it idling without being too rich etc, then see what happens at higher throttle openings.

also definately get the wideband on there just to be 100% sure on whats happening, last thing you want to do is a WOT run lean and burn something!

yes also agree get the timing confirmed to be on 10 degrees in diagnostic mode!
