If you have any mates that fly R/C aeroplanes you might be able to mount it in a prop balancer to check on the hole drilling effectiveness.

you should be able to get it pretty close with the drill method, but yeah if you have a better option for sure!
I know my 36 - 1 trigger wheel had about 10mm hole to offset the one missing tooth!

The trick with this will be judging how much to remove where the material is thinner inside of the thick outer part with the teeth.

One more ridiculous question on the wiring Loom how to I tell wick row of pins is a b c d on the plugs ?

look on the back on the blue clips labeled a b c d and pins 1-20
