hey guys
ive been trying to do some diagnostic logging for a mate on his vs v6 calais but all the vs adxs on the site cant display all the info correctly. i tried the;
$51 VS V6 Engine and Trans v1.10 WB 14.7.adx,
$51 VS V6 Engine and Trans v1.10 WB Innovate.adx,
Vs V6 engine and trans 1.07-tp5.adx
& VSV6.adx
tp5 connects no dramas to the calais( via usb aldl interface) which has the std bstk memcal but each adx i try just jumbles all the info.
can anyone help me out? i cant figure out whats wrong

If you can connect ok, but the data looks 'jumbled' then its probably not an adx issue. you probably have the wrong echo setting, or a poor signal from the car due to bad grounds or other electrical issues, and possibly a low quality interface. What type of interface is it?

Thanks antus, the interface is one of vl400s and ive never had any probs with it before but i tried it on my bros vs v6 and it did the same as my mates vs. Its got me beat.

Have you tried connecting with the flashtool and doing a get cal? If it works with the engine off try with engine running too. It might help diagnose if its the interface or TP setup.
