for racing and skid comps we just use a peice of flyscreen clamped over the intake to keep the bugs and big objects out LOL

well where we race is usually dusty grass pits so i want to try and find something a bit finer than flyscreen

Stockings will keep really small bugs out.

I've seen the results of stockings used on MX bikes - sucked in and mass destruction

we are thinking chicken mesh over the inlet then 2 stroke motorbike air filter or something similar and then a big hose clamp around the outside to lock it all in place

Re: Mint VP V6 Sedan soon to be boosted!
well this thing has finally gotten to the stage of test drive around the block
no major issues, bit of tuning and some minor tweaks and it should be a good thing! had 7 psi and was feeling very promising so the brother wants to see what more boost can do!

he said he put the 14psi spring in yesti and took it for a run, said it felt like it was just about to break traction
