Added a refresh button to the onboard logging utility UI

Fixed issue where emulation download-to-file resulted in CancelOperation being called after the read request (plug-in model)
Fixed issue where emulation download-to-file didn't properly call GetJustificationOffset (plug-in model)

so far running fine. Win7 x64 with current oseplugin

looks like your issue is fixed in 8202

well im not sure now if your issue is with the change he made to 8202, i had no issues at all on my laptop win7x64 have gone to my desktop win7x64 and both 8200 and 8202 freeze when i scroll the zoom bar to the left

yeah I've been getting semi-random hangs when I switch from monitor to list view etc for the last couple days.
I wasn't sure whether it was my homebrewed logs causing the issue, but if you're seeing something similar then probably not...

if i use an older version or use the new version without messing with the zoom bar it all works fine. So i think there's just a few bugs with that depending on system your using it on.
