Ground the diag line and the engine dies. I really should re-visit that and work out what's going on...

Brake lines are now insulated near the turbo, I still have to sort out a heat shield for the MC though. Long term plan is to move the MC over to the driver's side firewall and get rid of the booster, but that's not a simple job so this will have to do for now

I scored a fiberglass front bar (which meant losing the gutter mesh lower grilles I made), test fitted it then pulled it back off for some repairs.

Yeah I recall you mentioned that at the time and I was going to investigate if adding a bunch of steps helped... but I haven't tried it yet, I'd forgotten all about it

even just a bit of throttle might be all you need to get it over the initial hump

Couldn't find that headlight so had to fit a spare one.
Finished the repairs to the front bumper and touched up the paint a bit, then moved it outside for a quick wash.
I spent far far too long trying to work out why it was idling like a pig, finally checked the codes and saw high MAP set.
Popped the bonnet and re-connected the vac line :(

Yeah looks ready to go! :) For a car like that how awesome is it that you can read the codes and get pointed straight to your vac leak! Maybe not so exciting for us lol.
