Interesting chip conversion

Was just having a look on Trademe here in NZ and came across these from our old friend trx100

No doubt, he's copied the idea from the NVram modules. Not sure if this is the right area for this. I guess If you need a MEMCAL with knock board that this would be a decent alternative.

hes had them for a while he must of run low on memcals LOL

same style, but just cheap headers from jaycar or similar, no pcb.

Just pulled one of them out of a VP '808, with the smaller opening in the case the memcal was jammed in there that tight I almost had to open the case to get it out.

Will have a read of it at some stage and see what it looks like but it'll probably go over the left shoulder. At least this way the original memcal is intact and not messed with!
