Set closed loop to 128 for delta tps AE or DE

Hey all I'm hopeless & knowing what each of the terms mean...
Does the Set closed loop to 128 for delta tps AE flag when it's set completely disable Accel enrichment & obviously the same for the flag for decel enleanment?

Without checking and going by the name, it sounds like it just resets the BLM or INT to 128 (or 0%) when entering AE or DE.

Oh bugger is there a quick way to disable both AE & DE completely just so I can test a theory?

These are the scalars I have to work with to try & disable...

I have set most of the tables to nullify, but would just prefer to do a global disable to test but again I'm not to sure on the wording I'm thinking if I put a hi TPS value on the 1 that's now low & a low TPS value in the 1 that's already high it should possibly disable but not 100%?
