If I turn the engine off, wait for a few seconds then restart, it will jump to ~1500rpm then drift down to ~1000rpm in several seconds, then slowly down to normal idle in say another 10 seconds. That would be good if it always did that but it doesn't. If it has been standing for a while it needs a bit of throttle to help it start.
The IAC Warmup decay rate Vs Coolant Temp, I see that once things get below 32 deg C the decay rate lessens but at very low temps it quickens up again. Wouldn't this be the situation where it is more likely to stall? I'm thinking about pulling the entire curve down to 6.38 and see what happens.
Edit -> Better ignore this. Turns out I changed the initial IAC position and not the decay rate. One of those days... Serves me right for having a nap in the middle of the afternoon.
