corsa d 1.2 ltd edition remap tool/interface

does anyone know any budget interfaces that can be used to remap a ac delco A12XER ecu via the obd socket on these things? ive tried the mpps which worked on my freelander td4 but wont recognise the corsa d 1.2 ecu?
