Hi guys. I've searched abit. And can't seems to locate my question.
Can someone tell me if there is a wAy to advance timing few degrees across
The whole scale?
Vs ecotec, without real time ATM.
I have eeprom writing equipment.
Is it spark reference angle?

You would adjust the main spark table values, but tuning is not just increasing the entire table a few degrees.

While adjusting the ref angle would do what your asking its certainly not the right way of doing it - the ECU will no longer be delivering what it is commanding.

I think I will just do some logging. Post some logs
And get advice and go from there. Instead of like a bull at a gate.

I suggest you open up Tunerpro and have a play with it, understand what it can do and how to do it.

For what you have requested, you would want to adjust the Main Spark Advance table. Open the table and have a look at all the options. For what you are doing, have a look at the function box. It has a number of options (offset +/-,multiply, divide......and so on). To say add 2° timing to the whole table, first you would highlight the entire table, then you would use the offset option, put 2 in the value box next to it and hit the execute button and the whole table should have 2° added to it.

Have a play but before making any changes try and understand what your changing before you start playing with the actual tune you intend to use.

Also, for the most part scalars and flags generally don't need to be touched, just the relevant tables.

We also recommend that you only change one thing at a time when tuning so you can see what changes in the way the effects the engine.

You don't switch between them the PCM chooses depending on what it has learnt from RAM etc...

You need to have a read of all the tuning & starting out guides I'm pretty sure they explain all about what your asking!
