To choose the plugin you need to use the drop down box below the one you clicked in the preferences, the one that currently mentions ELM327 in your video. Also need to set the emulation drop down box to use the OSE plugin.

There is a screenshot here .. http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=590

Sorry if im not getting this, but it is...

the address looks like - Libraries, Documents, Tunerpro files, Plugins,

in the video it is the second from the bottom - OSEPlugin.dll

If I look at the program files folder there is no tunerpro?

I have deleted and reinstalled tunerpro twice

Im using windows 7 if that helps

The location you have it is fine, and is the correct spot (tuner pro app dir location is depricated) what does your anti virus software have to say about it? Perhaps a false positive and not letting it load?
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

might be a long shot but maybe try checking ntfs permissions? perhaps some weird permission got applied to that file and wont let tunerpro load it? also are you using the latest versions of both tunerpro and plugin?

Sorry for the ignorance, I googled NTFS permissions - seems to be controls for who can access and level of access to a file?, not sure how to check this - google assumes you know what it is and how to check it :comp:

Tunerpro and plugins are the latest release for sure.
