$12P Custom Tunes

Well it has been decided we will make a $12P ONLY tune repository.
So if you have any $12P based tunes you've made post them up with as much info as possible ... use my below format if you like to keep things uniform.
File Name: $12P-V1.12-Ecotec-808.
Code Version: $12P V1.12
Engine-Gearbox Type: Stock Ecotec V6 - T700 Auto.
Mods: 2.5 inch exhaust from Y-piece back, 2.5 inch cat and 2.5 inch muffler.
VN V6 MAT sensor fitted just behind TB into inlet manifold.
VN V6 CTS Fitted to stock ecotec location with adaptor.
Heated o2 Sensor fitted after Y-piece.
No A/C or P/S pumps fitted.
VN V6 knock sensor fitted to block in place of one of the original knock sensors.
Injectors: Stock Ecotec V6 (grey tops).
Description: This is a base calibration that should get you going with fitting an 808 ECM to an Ecotec V6, it should work with auto or manual provided its the hydraulic auto.
If you wish to use the ecotec charcoal canister solenoid then connect it to Flex Output A.
Map A is mostly stock ecotec MAF spark table (converted to MAP) and Map B is 98 octane fuel only, connect up the map switch to use this feature, with it disconnected it will use Map A all the time which is tuned for 91 octane fuel.

Now for my next addition, this one is a bit of a curve ball but some people might find some use from it.

Code Version: $12P V1.
Engine-Gearbox Type: Holden Blue 202 with VK/VN EFI - 2 Speed Powerglide.
Mods: Highly modified 12 port head, mild cam, 12.8:1 compression ratio.
Mild camshaft (218 degrees duration at .050 lift).
2.5 inch exhaust.
VK EFI Manifold modified for VN TB.
VN V6 MAT sensor fitted just behind TB into inlet manifold.
Camira ignition module fitted to 202 electronic dizzy and all advance locked with Camira coil.
No ECM o2 sensor, just wideband.
Injectors: Siemens Deka 80lb.
Description: This tune has not really been that tested in general driving conditions as this is a race car however it has been fairly roughly dialled in WOT areas with wideband on methanol.
Its probably more useful as a starting point for those that wish to run methanol.
Map A is petrol AFR's and timing and Map B is methanol AFR's and timing, connect up the map switch to use this feature, with it disconnected it will use Map A all the time which is petrol only.
flex A is setup to run an electric water pump (uses pwm controller from VL400).
0-25v input setup to use eletric oil pressure sensor for fuel system pressure but this has not been calibrated and is nothing to do with the bin anyway.
Knock sensor and o2 sensor fault codes disabled.
NOTE: This calibration has 202 settings for crank reference and associated changes, if you wish to use this in a V6/V8 then i strongly suggest a thorough comparison with a suitable calibration to highlight all changes, or better still, just copy the AFR's into a V6/V8 calibration and tune from there.
Alot of the injector pulse information has been changed to suit the 80lb injectors and may not be suitable for normal injectors.

Description: This is a starting point for anyone wanting to use $12P code on a Holden straight 6 cylinder motor. It has rough settings that should get the car running with stock injectors and then it can be fine tuned from there.
Main changes include spark reference angle for straight 6, removal of knock sensor and trouble code, thermo fan settings, VE and Spark tables.
NOTE: injector rate will need to be changed to suit the engine you are running, this tune uses .10 to suit a 173ci engine, so something like .11 would be needed for 186ci and approx .12 for 202 - this assumes use of stock VK or VN injectors.

Description: This tune works well on my g200w, and is a good starting point for any other 4 cylinder tunes. Map A is used and Map B is not programmed. This version was posted 10-sept-2016 and is a version update to the 11-april-2011 version with the same improved fuel and spark maps, and improved acceleration enrichment for better launching over prior versions. Timing is quite aggressive, I would remove 5 degrees across the table when using as a base tune for other 4cyl engines.

Mods: T70 sidemount turbo 0.84 exhaust housing ,stock drivers cast manifold,3" exhaust straight through mufflers 1 hotdog and a CANNON LOL ,Heated 4wire o2 Sensor fitted in dump pipe,No A/C,VN V6 knock sensor and filter board.
Injectors: 39lb deutchwerks remanufactured bosch has funny injector bpw offsets will need changing to suit yours.
Description: This is a BASE calibration that should get you going with an 808 ECM and turbo V6, it should work with auto or manual provided its the hydraulic auto.it is in its early stages but timing is pretty good ive been running that advance for over 5000 km safe enough to bring on boost for further tuning.

Description: This is a calibration that runs very well, light load AFR 15-16:1 afr and 12-13:1 under load with peak tq in the low 12s lots of tinkering witht cold start and starting bpw to get it nice. This is fitted to a landcruiser that goes bush a lot and had to be a conservative tune for 1000% reliability so the spark is a little softer than i would normally go but owner was concerned about fuel quality and availability out in the scrub and out west

MSD Ignition. 4-1 extractors twin cats and twin 2.5" exhaust.
Injectors: Bosch 775 blue tops
Description: Road tuned with wide band lots of hours in this. Does not kill plugs very minimal "Camming" at low rpm cruising. Very easy to drive for the combo, running 4:11 diff gears. Solid idle of low 900's RPM at 14:1 AFR.
Tuned on 98 octane.
