Need help on a tune

I got a vp I have posted the specs before on this site and you were all great help
ive got a vp manual v6 the weird thing is the car went good but drank to much fuel and now I think ive got no compression in my 6th cylinder and most likely glazed the bore

this are my specs
Vp series 2
ported and shaved heads
1.7 roller rockers with double row springs
compression for all the cylinders are 140+ besides the 6th
its got a wade 1250 reground cam in it
80c degree themo
2 in half inch twin cat system
extractors
standard injectors

help on this tune will be perfect or any suggestions

If I am reading this bin right the VE table looks a mess. Lets see what others say.

Post up the cam specs save searching for them.
What's wrong with how it drives now? Could you post a pic of a spark plug end?

spark plugs are new but the 6 cylinder was more burnt then the others and had no compression in that cylinder

cam specs

INTAKE: 281 264 205 HYD 0.4496 0.31 112
EXHAUST: 281 264 205 HYD 0.4496 0.26

when it drives it feels like theres power but just cant reach it and when i give it just that tad more it doesnt improve in speed
it shutters and sometimes on idle it leans out and some rev ranges it goes to about 17+ on my wideband and once i touch the pedal it goes back to 12 and 13 and moves up and down to 16

That's the go. Get it warm. Although a log from cold will be handy later on. Post up a log. So long as you're prepared to do a few logs ae can get it spot on.
Get the VE right first. Get some good target AFR's then ae will get some good spark advance then all sorted!

It won't happen in one log but stick with it!
