yeah, im very confused...
im looking at your histogram, specifically the WOT area, and it shows its lean at 3200 rpm and you have taken fuel out making it even leaner? then its way rich at 4400 rpm and you have only taken about 2% out. 11.37 / 12.5(ish target) is 90% .... you should multiply the 4400 VE cell by around 0.9 to get it close to your target AFR.
also hard to tell which way you have gone, richer or leaner with each cell as I dont know which bin is loaded as compare...

Take this next bin for a run then post up the log and the bin. Make sure it's a good log and coolant is up to temp.
We can have a look then see what someone else comes up with. I'll take a look maybe other's will too.

i haven't messed with this for ages, the car starts and runs fine but when i try to connect to the laptop it won't do anything, so i pulled it out of the car to check the pins and that everything is still soldered
i had it just plugged upto the laptop out of the case and car. tuner pro option/connection test says that the connection is working but as soon as i put it in the case and put any of the top three screws in, i get an error, could this be a grounding thing? any ideas?

Edit, even now back in the car even though tuner pro says there is a connection it won't connect and the flash tool comes up with a echo settings error

It sounds like a connection is touching the case when you tighten it up. Check clearences around the comms connections, check the plasic part which spaces the pcb off the case at the open end is still present. If its not try slipping a sheet of 1mm or so thick cardboard between the pcb and the case (eg cut out the back of a notepad or something)

i thought id try connecting to the ignition module and it failed too, so i got out an old laptop and it connected fine so it must be an issue with my laptop

EDIT: that didn't work either, can connect to ignition module with both laptops now, but cannot connect to ECU with either, settings are as follows

Youve got com 5 in the logs and com 12 in the flash tool. Plugging it in to different ports and getting a different com or is one or both wrong? Can use device manager to check.

com 12 is laptop 1 com5 is laptop 2 : )

ok so i'm thinking it might be the comm board is it possible that it's grounding though the mounts?

i took the comm board out and screwed the ecu into the case as per normal, did the tuner pro connection test and it's fine, i touch the mounting post to the outside of the case and it fails?
