Ok, so I just went back to basics on this and tested all aspects of these flex lookups for these fans and i think I have it sorted.

Resolved via the following:

1. I have issue with my temp sender not being very accurate (10C or so out)
2. My 12P isn't v112 as I thought and is v111 for some reason. (good to know)
3. Loose connector on 30 pin on relay was giving me a bump steer as it was only just connecting (now its DT Plugs so no worries).

Works now :P

All I have to do now is finish the Deutsch plugs for the wiring harnesses off, tidy up the flex tables so they work when there needed and I am cruising for some tuning!!! :)

Slowly slowly...

Question for the experts on here:

Have I got this table correct for fan on 92 degrees (roughly) from 0-70KPH then 70KPH fan will turn off?

That table will turn the fan on based only on temperature, would need to 0 out the 70kph column if you want it off above ~70kph (actually would be above 65kph it turns off) regardless of temperature. Whatever value is in the first/last columns/rows of the table get used outside the table min/max axis values.

Also make sure you have the relay option set in the flashtool config, or you will PWM the relay which it wont appreciate.

Thanks mate.

I have the relay option ticked and have then made the changes I think you have suggested in comments.

Correct table for fan on 92 degrees (roughly) from 0-65KPH then 65KPH (roughly) fan will turn off

Please let me know if this is correct and I will change if needed?

Almost time for a few logs mate. Working on having it running in the next month or so.

Lots of work done in last 12 months and looking forward to doing the tune and having a drive again.
