So my VN S is currently white. I want to make it Silver like my old one, yet, there about 4 references for Asteroid bloody silver dating back to 1983.

Does anyone know or have a VN paint code for Asteroid Silver off the plate produced circa 04/1990 please?

I think it is 2J013 but am not entirely certain,

2J013 is correct - my silver VN has a build date of December 1990, and has this paint code. I have a reference that says this code was valid from 1989.
