Possibly O2 sensor issue?

Had a look at a VY that was idling strange for a mate today and it took a quick log and was wondering if someone can have a quick as i don't have much experience in reviewing logs looking for a issue.
The car is a VY ute which has had a L67 fitted
Its only a very short log of it idling but one of the LHS o2 sensor appears to have a constant line then just drops off to nothing where the RHS side moves around a bit as excepted.
I would have though that if it had that much of a issue with the sensor it would have logged a fault.
It has not run right since the motor has been installed
It appears to be using a lot of fuel and fowling the plugs so i was leaning towards a fuel issue, Any help would be useful
