ZD30 nissan patrol ECM replacement with NATS

Hi all,
Anyone out there had to replace the ECM in a 2005 Nissan Patrol ZD30?
Got one to do ATM, put the new ECM in and the NATS locks up, carry out immobiliser initialzation with pincode using our gscan, says successful but no start and NATS still locked. Refit old ECM and it unlocks and runs....
The ECM is being replaced due to an internal failure related to the oil light (there is nothing wrong with the external resistors like normal).
