The1's Flow Matched Injector Sets

All injectors are flow matched to <3% with Flow Test Sheet
Injectors fully Stripped
Ultrasonically Cleaned
Reverse Flushed
Pressure Tested, Checked for Pin Wear & Proper Spray Pattern
New Components installed, Seals are Quality Viton Brand
Full Flow Test Completed
If Painting Required i use Dupli Ceramic High Temp Black Paint
My Testing RIG and Development of it is in this THREAD http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic. ... ow+testing The main reasons behind doing this is there is very little true information or shops doing proper flow testing of injectors, some dont even offer proper cleaning, of coarse you can buy new injectors from Bosch or Injector Dynamics if you want the best and truest flow matched sets with proper cal data, but perhaps some dont want to spend that amount but get a quality tested factory sets.
