Have attached a quick XDF that has some tables you can adjust. Should get you started and am sure others can add more.

Also, I have deleted your other thread that was titled the same in the custom code area.

good luck... I dont mean to be pessimistic but I dont think it will be that simple. stage 3 cam could mean any number of cams, your VE table suggests its not very big... do you have a part number or cam specs?
Im interested to see what your custom manifold looks like would you take a pic?
I think the first thing you should do is smooth out the idle spark advance, make it all one value - say 20 degrees, it helps. especially with the unsteady map signal with your cam at idle, the map floating up and down makes the timing float up and down then the timing going up and down also makes the revs go up and down. if its one value, the MAP signal can float around all it likes and the timing will stay steady.

yeah the cam isnt a big one i did have the specs but cant find them ? its a heatseeker stage 3....its not a big cam as for my manifold its nothing fancy just the snout cut off flush opened up the intake a bit more had the internals ported and mildly polished bolted on a 90mm t/b as for looks wise it looks crap.... ive attatched a pic of my vn ss and the manifold pic is coming once i know how to resize the jpg

No guarantees here, but looking through the bin I think I've identified a few more tables to do with idle.
I found with a cammed engine sometimes you need to raise the MAP values to get it to idle properly in "Idle - Bypass deceleration map threshold Vs RPM".
You really need to datalog at idle to get an idea of what MAP values it sees, you may find that when the cooling fans or AC are switched on the MAP values increases outside the values in this table and it goes out of idle mode, you should also see this looking at the idle mode flag.
Hope this helps,
