yeah guys thanks alot again for all your help ive finnally finished ALL of dicks xdf took me a while but i got it now i can do what i want with it ive attatched it here for anyone to use if they have a 5B tune from dicks electronics

hi again got something else to sort out my car keeps stalling on cold start ive tried rpm offset, iac offset and nothing seems to work? any ideas? once i rev it at 3000rpm for a while it seems to be ok?

How did you go with this?
Did you get it sorted does it have any other symptons, do you have a log for it? what is the IAC doing while it is cold?
Did you put a afr metre on it when it is cold just as a reference?

yeah ive richened it up a tad when its cold and i found my iac connector was a bit faulty it wasnt connecting with the pins on the iac when it was cold as soon as the engine warmed up it made a connection then was all ok ......ive put a new connector on it and it seems all ok now??

I know this is an old thread but I just heard about a dicks tune not working on a car that the tune was similar to tried in another car/pcm, but was told the car wouldn't even fire with the dicks tune!

Are dicks tune like kalmaker & have a PCM lock code?

not to sure mate ? i know he uses his own xdf thats why i had to make my own so i could fix the problem i was having it was just a modified 5b xdf extended rev limit and a few other stuff as far as i know but dick has alot of tunes different ways so not sure what is happening there??
