Can you please check if it is HSFI 2.1. That number is not on my large list of Delco Multech ECU's fitted to the Astra. It comes up as Fiat.

About my ECU , it is a long story : my car's ECU had a problem , I had to replace it because we could not fix it . Because the EGR was off , my wish was to keep it so . The person that sold me the "new" ECU has programmed this one with the old flash content . He confirmed me the ECU type is HSFI 2.1 .

At this stage I cannot help. I have looked at the file with many and nothing lines up and makes sense. I know very little so unless you can give me a lot more detail like the original ECU number I now bow out. Good luck.

I know that topic . That map is for Z16XE . I compared the flash contents , it is very different from mine . I use WinOls , it has this option to compare 2 files . I don't know what tool You use .

This was just a VERY quick start I did on your bin, only really the AFR section is right so far!

Without knowing winOLS I'm just looking in another bin that had a started XDF & trying to find similar areas, so I really are just guessing!

Well I've managed to stumble across WinOLS but it doesn't look like it supports the maps for that controller, so still really left to guessing without further info...
