How to combine 2 table extensions into one view?

Is there an easy way to do this in TunerPro or do I need to just define the two tables separately?
Table 1 : 9 rows x 17 columns
Table 2 : 9 rows x 17 columns (is an extension of the first)
When I try to view them as one table 18 rows x 17 columns, the second part of the graph is skewed because of the scale factor bit defined right before the second table starts (is there a way to ignore that bit to get a single view)?
In this snip, you can see where the second part of the table is skewed right a bit:
