Hi is there any base bins to use to get up an going with a 186 with turbo basic standard type engine using vk inlet & injectors small t3 type turbo,
still chasing delco & wiring from camira. and what else is needed for real time tuning or recommend software/hardware , I have a eprom burner already for making a copy once tuning is done

If you havnt, have a read of the guides in the FAQ (see link near top right).
Also see the wiring digram and docs in the 12P download packge, and other factory information in the docs area.
If your having trouble with the camira wiring, try N13 Pulsar.

also the tuning guide links are in my signature, they show how to setup for boost, and you can get a 202 efi tune to get you started from the $12P custom tunes section, or create your own from a v6 one if you like.

keep in mind a 186 will be on the rich side with a 202 tune, and probably really needs injector rate offset to suit the capacity difference.
