ok fair enough.

Just looking at ideas to upgrade vn-vs rears as they overheat well before the front ever come close.

I found CRS do a nice looking 4 piston wilwood engineered rear kit that uses a 320mm vented rotor.

Check out upc, he does bigger rear brakes and sells components seperatly so you can choose better rotors and pads

I had a look, the kits look kinda crappy to be honest. He does have a 315mm rear kit but its a modified rotor off something else to make it work.

The CRS rear has what looks like a laser cut and folded backing plate assembly that uses stock hand brake shoes?

This is the tech drawing anyway.

VR VS IRS run same bolt spacing as VT and threads on the caliper side too.

Look at the old Nissan Skyline calipers they are good. We out a front set up on a mates VK works a treat in 330mm VN Group A rotors. Looking at the rewrs next. I have the info somewhere on my PC Zto make up the VN Group A rear caliper from the states they are Corvette calipers. I also have the IRS caliper slide bracket that HSV used with that same caliper on VR VS.

main issue in the rotor hat and the handbrake.

I have seen it done but it requires you to weld vt shoes on top of the vn type, pretty dodgy and you have to do that every time they need replacing.

I have personally seen the wilwood bits before on big G's car and the whole brake assembly weight only a fraction more than the stock caliper lol. A lot of unsprug weight savings and the performance for similar sized brakes they are far better.

Seen the Wilwood stuff myself good gear. The Corvette rear has a bigger piston finned housing and will fit a VN VS stock vented rotor too good cheap ugrade with factory parts.

I didn't know they had vented option.

I found the rotors

Where can you buy the calipers? I found a used pair on ebay but the moron wants 1250 for them..... Get fucked! my opinion 100 bucks max

The complete wilwood kit from CRS is 1250.
