Is Bench Wiring Pin out same for starting Ecotec

Hey Guys, I have a few posts on my Rodeo/VX Ecotec conversion and have been trying to work out the wiring I need to start the car.
I have come across the bench wiring diagram on the forum and want to know if the bench pin out requirements is the same for my conversion, so if I was to connect the same wires will I be able to start the engine.
I have used the original wiring for stater and alternator, so I just need to connect the wires from the 3 plugs to start the engine
