Much you can claim but the current government is working to change rental property laws to ring fence losses.
Student accommodation seems to be more profitable than regular rental properties, we may look at getting more in the future.

Yep, but not one of THOSE flats.... although having said that, they have made a real concerted effort to clean up hyde street this year before the new crop of students arrived. It's looking much better than previous years.

Yeah, distinct difference between the north end and south end haha. At least youll know theres always potential tenants.

Yeah, our place is in the north valley and well away from the more common rowdy student flats.
